Dr. Perlstein previously brought a rare disease drug to Phase 3 trial for just $5 million (compared to typical $100M+ costs) by collaborating directly with patients and their families. Other contributors include PhDs and biotech operators who have led drug repurposing programs and pioneered therapeutic innovations for rare diseases.

The cost of curing a rare disease and bringing it through the FDA is ~100x cheaper because of Priority Review Vouchers and Orphan Drug Designation from the FDA. Even more importantly, rare disease drugs have gone to be $B+ blockbusters from translation into the broader public. Curetopia takes advantage of both.
$CURES Auction & Tokenomics
- The CURES auction takes place on the Bio Launchpad via a capped fair launch community auction on Solana (user guide here)
- 15% of $CURES initial supply will be sold during the auction at a starting FDV of $3.33M
- No pre-sale or insiders - 100% fair distribution

- The auction lasts 21 days, concluding March 11, 2025
- Equal pricing -- all participants receive the same price when the auction settles
- Tokens purchased in the auction have no lock-up
- Once the minimum funding threshold of ~$0.5M is reached, the $CURES FDV rises linearly from ~$3.33M, growing as more SOL is swapped into the auction. If the max funding threshold of ~$4M is met, the auction is closed, and the FDV will settle at ~$26.66m
